Service Health Check

Cobitil can provide organisations with simple assessments of their service capability. This could be a 5 day assessment for a small or medium sized company's Service Support function, or up to 30 days for larger organisations that wish to assess the full range of Service Management processes.

The Service Health Check will identify areas of strength and areas of potential improvement through a SWOT analysis.  It will also assess your level of process maturity and provide pragmatic recommendations through a Service Improvement Plan (SIP) for you to improve the service that IT delivers to your organisation.
